Billing & Payment Help
All CiaoLorenzo payments are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. This means you'll see "Paddle.com" (not "CiaoLorenzo") on your bank or credit card statement.
For billing-related actions, check your Paddle receipt email. From there you can:
- View and download receipts
- Update your payment method
- Cancel your subscription
- Request a refund
If you can't find your receipt email, check your spam folder or contact us and we'll help you locate it.
